Jomar Conde brings over a decade of experience in the education field, having served in both management and specialist roles. Developer of the RISE Framework and the 5C Framework for Trust-Based Leadership, Jomar regularly collaborates with the broader educational community as an international conference presenter and writer for national and international platforms. He also serves as a Board Member for SENIA Cambodia and is currently completing his first book on supporting multilingual learners.
As Student Success Coordinator, Jomar works closely alongside Norea’s students, families, teachers, specialists and external providers to design thoughtful support systems grounded in his core philosophy of Learning Through Belonging—ensuring every learner feels seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
