Field trips at NIS are designed to extend classroom learning into the real world, connecting directly to the inquiry-based units at the heart of the IPC curriculum. Rather than one-off outings, they’re built to deepen a topic already underway in class — turning a unit on, for example, Cambodian heritage or the natural world into a lived experience students remember long after the unit ends.
